为了建立并保持电力企业和用户长期的交易关系,实现有效的知识传播途径,使知识在电力企业和客户中得到充分的沟通、传播和共享,本文运用博弈论构建了电力企业知识共享与客户关系的重复模型,分析表明电力企业与用户知识共享本质上是一种长期投资,会给共享主体带来长期的收益,从而提高客户的满意度和忠诚度。最后提出建立市场监管和共享知识平台,塑造信息共享的企业文化,促进双方共赢的对策建议。
In order to establish and maintain a long-term trading relationship between power companies and users, and to achieve an effective way to spread knowledge so that knowledge can be fully communicated, disseminated and shared among power enterprises and customers, this paper uses game theory to construct a knowledge-sharing and customer relationship The analysis shows that knowledge sharing between power enterprises and users is essentially a kind of long-term investment, which will bring long-term benefits to the sharing entities and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on establishing market supervision and sharing knowledge platform, shaping corporate culture of information sharing and promoting win-win situation for both parties.
