胃癌与ABO血型的关系,国内外均有较多报道。但胃癌与患者血型及性别的关系,国内报道甚少。本文就其关系进行统计学分析,现将结果报告如下。材料和方法资料来源取自启东县人民医院以及本县部分地区医院1980～1987年经病理证实,有血型记载的胃癌手术病人,并用本地区健康人群作为对照。统计方法采用 Woolf统计法,即单组A/O,B/O的相对发病率及其与1之差的 X~2值处理。
The relationship between gastric cancer and ABO blood types has been reported at home and abroad. However, there are few reports on the relationship between gastric cancer and blood type and gender in patients. This article makes a statistical analysis of the relationship and reports the results as follows. Materials and Methods Sources of data were obtained from the Qidong County People's Hospital and some district hospitals in this county. Pathologically confirmed from 1980 to 1987, there were blood group records of gastric cancer patients, and the use of healthy people in the region as a control. The statistical method used Woolf statistical method, ie, the relative incidence of A/O, B/O, and the X~2 value of the difference between 1 and A/O.
