颈脊髓造影采用C1－2侧方穿刺造影效果满意[1、2]，但严重并发症和失败时有发生[3、4]。传统腰穿颈脊髓造影效果较差[2、5]。我院用Tamura[6]报道的腰椎穿刺颈脊髓造影法，从1992年以来完成29例颈脊髓造影；同时一组C1－2侧方穿刺造影31例作为对照组。现将两组结果对比分析如下 Cervical myelography using C1-2 lateral puncture radiography satisfactory [1,2], but serious complications and failures have occurred [3,4].
