20世纪80年代以来,美国的基础教育课程改革事业如日中天,是教育改革发展得最迅速的一段历史,在一系列以法案引导的改革之后,美国的基础教育事业再次在全世界范围内获得成功,基础教育课程现状得到了极大改善。很多国家紧随其后,也相继开展了轰轰烈烈的教育改革。我国同样也以适应全球化竞争为核心理念,以素质教育为中国基础教育特色,开始了我国的基础教育课程改革。鉴于当前全球化趋势越来越明显,我们可以寻求美国基础教育课程改革中有价值的经验,在适合我国国情的前提下,恰当地用于我国的基础教育课程改革事业。
Since the 1980s, the basic education curriculum reform in the United States was flourishing in history. It is one of the most rapidly developing history of education reform. After a series of bill-led reforms, the basic education in the United States has once again achieved success worldwide. The status quo of basic education has been greatly improved. Many countries followed closely and also launched vigorous educational reforms in succession. In the same context, our country also takes the concept of adapting to globalization as the core concept, and takes quality education as the basic education feature of China and starts the reform of our basic education curriculum. Given the increasingly obvious trend of globalization, we can seek valuable lessons from the reform of the basic education curriculum in the United States and properly use it in the reform of the basic education curriculum in our country on the premise of being suitable to our national conditions.
