TTS 护心贴片(硝酸甘油贴片)是以固定的速率及准确的剂量释放硝酸甘油,经皮肤吸收且能维持血中有效浓度达24小时之久的一种新型的硝酸甘油透皮控释制剂。目前世界各地已广泛应用于预防和治疗冠心病心纹痛。本文自1986年2月～5月使用山东博山制药厂生产的 TTS 护心贴片预防和治疗自发性心绞痛30例,现将观察结果小结如下:
TTS heart patch (nitroglycerin patch) is a new type of nitroglycerin transdermal controlled release (GTG) that releases nitroglycerin at a fixed rate and accurate dose and is absorbed by the skin and can maintain the effective blood concentration for 24 hours preparation.
