一、开发利用现状及存在的问题 (一)地表水、地下水利用现状泰安市目前已建成水库760座(其中大、中型水库22座),塘坝3787座,总库容达14.95亿立方米,可调节控制市域内多年平均地表径流量的61％。建成机电井45187眼,装机74.22万千瓦,排灌站2577处,装机9.27万千瓦,净开发利用地下水11亿立方米,占多年平均地下水总量的66％。水资源开发利用工程,改善了天然生态环境和生产条件,大大减轻了旱涝灾害,全市有效灌溉面积达388.23万亩,占总耕地面积的65.2％还提供了21万亩的果园、苗圃、蔬菜地的灌溉需求,以及工业、农副产品
