钢筋混凝土梁预应力补强,在国外已被广泛应用。它的优点是补强结构简单,材料节省,现场装配和安装方便,不减少空问高度,能增加较大的承载力。老厂挖潜改造中经常遇到需要增加钢筋混凝土梁的承载能力,采用此法最为适宜。如某制药厂的维生素C车间,在设备安装时连续梁被设备冲击断裂,下垂了5至6cm,楼面丧失了承载能力。采用预应力下撑式补强拉杆后,不仅提高了梁的承载能力,保证了不小于楼板面原设计所能承担的荷重,而且使梁恢复到原来的设计标高。使用多年后没有发现缺陷。又如某化肥丁铜铣厂房,为了增加生产能力,将原来安装在三楼上的回流塔和再生器等设备加大,其原来设备、物料、保温和管道等总重由59.88吨增加到103.2吨,由原来的4
