教育公平是人们对公平在教育领域理想化的追求与渴望,主要包括三个方面:教育起点的公平、教育过程中的公平、教育结果的公平。伴随义务教育的推进,教育起点的公平已得到基本保证,但是教育过程中(课堂教学中)存在的种种不公平现象阻碍教育公平的实现。本文就语文课堂教学中的不公平现象进行剖析,并提出解决策略,以期促进语文课堂教学公平。 Fairness of education is the pursuit and aspiration of the people for the idealization of fairness in the field of education. It mainly includes three aspects: the starting point of education fairness, the fairness in educational process and the fairness of educational result. With the promotion of compulsory education, the starting point of education has been basically guaranteed the fairness, but the inequity in education (in classroom teaching) hinders the realization of education fairness. This article analyzes the inequity in the Chinese classroom teaching and puts forward the solution tactics in order to promote the fairness of the Chinese classroom teaching.
