素质教育凸显“以人为本”的教学理念,新课标在教学方法上越来越重视对话教学。学生是教学的主体,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,对话教学是一种重要的实现途径。在对话教学中,老师与学生的对话、学生与学生的对话、学生与教材的对话、学生的自我对话等对话形式,需要以一种有利于对话的环境为基础,这样才能达到良好的效果。一、创设氛围与情景(一)创设民主、自由的对话氛围对话教学从根本上讲是平等的教学,建立在平等的基础上的对话才是真正的对话,才能激发学生思考的光芒。
