多抗甲素是甲型溶血性链球菌所产生的一种多糖类物质,目前已作为抗肿瘤免疫佐剂试用于临床。我们采用沉淀环反应这一血清学方法检测多抗甲素以控制产品的质量,方法简便、有一定的特异性。但反应的沉锭环较难观察,并受步pH、温度等外界条件的影响,不同批的样品出环时间不完全一致,给检测带来困难。向时由于多抗甲素的免疫原性较弱,抗血清采用多抗甲素的产生菌菌液对家兔免疫而获得,从药品检定的角度就带来菌种的标准化问题。且菌液成份复杂,免疫所得到韵抗血清往往是多价的,这势必影响血清学反应的专一性。 本文介绍补体结合反应在多抗甲素检测
PolyA is a kind of polysaccharide produced by hemolytic streptococcus, which has been used clinically as antitumor immune adjuvant. We use the precipitation loop reaction serological detection of poly Acitin to control the quality of the product, the method is simple and has a certain specificity. However, it is hard to observe the reaction ingot ring. Due to the influence of external pH, temperature and other external conditions, the cycle time of different batches of samples is not exactly the same, which brings difficulties to the detection. In the meantime, due to the weak immunogenicity of poly-A, the antiserum was obtained by immunization of rabbits with poly-A-producing bacterium and the standardization of the strain was brought from the perspective of drug test. In addition, the composition of the bacterium is complex, and the antiserum obtained by immunization is often multivalent, which is bound to affect the specificity of the serological response.
