一、设计概况随着国民经济建设的迅速发展,铁路运输任务日益繁重,为加速实现铁路散堆装货物装卸机械化,交通部铁路运输局组织北京、沈阳、济南、齐齐哈尔、锦州、郑州等铁路局,交通部科学研究院,第三铁路设计院等单位,在现有使用性能较好的装砂机和卸煤机实物的基础上,进行了调查研究,并设计出73型装砂机和卸煤机。
