近年来,随着“工业立县”战略的深入实施,临朐县将促进就业作为保障和改善民生的首要任务,将扩大就业摆在经济社会发展的优先位置,取得了一定成绩,但也还存在一些亟需解决的问题,认真研究分析这些问题,进而提出对策措施对本县经济发展具有重要意义。问题一是城乡就业压力仍然较大。受房地产行业及汇率影响,临朐县铝型材、不锈钢、机械制造、水泥、纺织服装等行业订单减少,致使生产线不能满负荷生产,企业生产出现萎缩,用工量减少,部分企业出现一岗多人现象。
