本文研究了單向泡帽塔盤的板效率和水力特性。精餾酒精一水时,板效率在60~80%,比园形泡幅塔盤稍低。水力模型的试验说明單向泡帽塔盤的稳定性能极佳,本文提出计算塔盤上液面降之公式并推荐计算其他水力特性的方法。 單向泡帽塔盤亦称S形泡帽塔盤,英文称Unifloa Trray,关于它的构造和优点文献[1]中已有较详细的描述。他的构造较园形泡帽塔盤稍简单些更便于大规模制造;由于构件成S形抗弯性能强,故可用薄板制造,節省金属;水力性能较好,稳定范围宽,较适宜于液相同流量大的情况。因此它引起了设计部门的注意,北京石油设计院已编制了其尺寸规格,并建议工廠采用。但是关于它的精餾效率和水力特性尚缺乏系统的资料,为此我们进行了研究。
In this paper, we study the plate efficiency and hydraulic characteristics of a one-way bubble cap tray. Distilled alcohol water, the plate efficiency of 60 to 80%, slightly lower than the Park-shaped foam tray. The hydraulic model test shows that the stability of the one-way bubble cap tray is very good. In this paper, the formula for calculating the liquid surface drop on the tray and the method of calculating other hydraulic characteristics are proposed. A one-way bubble cap tray, also known as a S-shaped bubble cap tray, is referred to as the Unifloa Trray in the United Kingdom and has been described in more detail in [1] for its construction and advantages.
