青海铝厂生阳极工程,经多方案比较,选用了钢管混凝土柱工字钢梁双向钢框架结构,采用了十字穿心钢板节点设计及卵石混凝土高位抛落不振捣施工工艺。通过模拟试验到现场实施建成,前后共十个月。经超声脉冲检测表明,该设计和施工工艺是可行的,质量是保证的,不仅简化了施工工序,缩短了施工周期,还节省了10%以上的工程费用,为青海铝厂第二期工程及国内同类工程提供了新经验。
In the anode project of Qinghai Aluminum Plant, after the comparison of multiple schemes, a two-way steel frame structure of steel-concrete-steel-concrete I-beams was selected, and the design of cross-passing steel plate joints and the construction technology of high-level drop-off of pebble concrete were adopted.
