To effectively establish relationships with others and get the job done, you must have a core set of skills. The ability to effectively manage interactions is central to successful leadership. Gallup’s research shows that only 6% of employees in China are actively involved in the work, while 26% are actively “not involved.” In other words, a quarter of all employees in China feel pessimistic about their jobs and the quality of their work certainly affects the organization’s business. Jim Clifton, Gallup’s chief executive, said low engagement has become China’s biggest problem, seriously affecting China’s position in the world.
