碳纤维复合材料作为汽车部件具有轻质高强、可设计性好、零部件一体化、耐冲击性好、耐腐蚀性能好等优点。在全球节能减排的大环境下,采用碳纤维复合材料替代现有的金属结构,是实现减少汽车尾气污染并达到节能的有效途径。基于碳纤维行业和汽车行业发展的需求,国家知识产权局专利分析普及推广项目碳纤维复合材料课题组从碳纤维复合材料用于汽车零部件轮毂、量产整车BMW i3以及汽车用碳纤维复合材料的全球技术合作三个视角出发,对汽车用碳纤维复合材料技术进行了深度剖析。
