从泼河水库灌区光山段电灌站的现状及存在问题出发,提出对光山段电灌站进行技术改造,从而降低能源单耗,为降低抽水成本提供有效途径,一方面确保了电灌站的安全并处在最佳工作状态,同时也为粮食安全高效生产提供了可靠保障。它具有投入少、效益大的优点,不仅可以降低电灌站的抽水成本、增加积累、促进自身发展,而且可节约较多的人力、物力、电力,以更好发挥农村电灌站的效益。
