目前两岸高等教育均进入大众化发展阶段,对两岸高等教育的比较研究日益引起两岸学术界的关注。两岸政治体制和社会背景不同,但同宗同语以及共同的文化渊源决定了两岸高校体育教育既有相似之处,又各有特色。在2002年大陆教育部颁布《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》[教体艺(2002)13号](以下简称《新纲要》)和台湾《各级学校体育实施办法》(2006年修正)颁布与实施后,两岸高校体育教育均获得了较快发展。对两岸高校体育教育进行比较,分析其异同,探索其原因,并探讨不同教育体制下的高校体育教育特色,不仅有助于总结两岸高校体育教育的成功经验,为体育教育改革提供有益借鉴,而且有助于加强两岸高校体育教育的交流与沟通,推动两岸高校体育教育的交流与合作。
At present, the higher education on both sides of the Taiwan Strait has entered a stage of popularization and the comparative study of the higher education on both sides of the Taiwan Strait has increasingly aroused the concern of the academic circles across the Taiwan Strait. The political system and social background of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait are different, but their homophones and common cultural origins determine the similarities and differences between physical education in colleges and universities across the Taiwan Strait. In 2002, the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China promulgated the “Guidelines for the Teaching of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities in China” (Teaching Arts (2002) No. 13] (hereinafter referred to as “the new outline”) and the Measures for the Implementation of Physical Education at All Levels in Taiwan ) Promulgated and implemented, cross-strait higher education in physical education have achieved rapid development. Comparing the physical education in colleges and universities across the Taiwan Strait, analyzing the similarities and differences, exploring the reasons and exploring the characteristics of college physical education in different education systems not only help to sum up the successful experience of physical education in colleges and universities in the Mainland and Taiwan, but also provide useful reference for the reform in physical education. It will help enhance the exchange and communication of physical education between colleges and universities across the Taiwan Strait and promote the exchange and cooperation of physical education across the Taiwan Strait.
