“人的全面发展”思想是马克思主义关于建设社会主义新社会的一个重要理论。所谓人的全面发展是指人的社会关系、人的需要、人的能力的全面发展以及人的个性的全面而自由的发展。“人的全面发展”依赖于社会的全面进步和历史的发展。小康社会建设是我党在建设社会主义现代化的进程中提出来的崭新概念,也是实实在在的伟大实践。只有建设小康社会,才有可能实现人的全面发展,所以说小康社会是人的全面发展的基本条件。唯物史观认为,社会的发展和人的素质发展具有一致性。社会的发展进步实质上是人们追求幸福和全面发展的结果。小康社会建设为人的全面发展提供了坚实的基础和条件。包括良好的政治氛围、强大的精神动力以及物质、制度、文化教育等方面的可靠保障等。
The Thought of “All-round Development of Man” is an Important Theory of Marxism on Building a New Socialist Society. The so-called all-round development of human beings refers to the all-round and free development of human social relations, human needs, human capabilities, and human personality. “The all-round development of mankind” depends on the all-round social progress and the historical development. The construction of a well-off society is a brand-new concept proposed by our party in the process of building socialism modernization and is also a great practice in real terms. Only by building a well-to-do society can we realize the all-round development of people. Therefore, a well-to-do society is the basic condition for the all-round development of people. Historical materialism holds that the development of society is consistent with the development of human qualities. In fact, the development and progress of society are the result of people’s pursuit of happiness and all-round development. The building of a well-to-do society has provided a solid foundation and conditions for the all-round development of people. Including a good political atmosphere, a strong spiritual power and material, institutional, cultural and educational aspects of the reliable protection.
