本实验观测了10~30GyX线单次照射胸部后1个月大鼠的体重、肺重、体重比值、呼吸频率、组织学及肺泡Ⅱ型细胞数的变化.拟合了剂量-效应曲线.随着照射剂量增加,体重下降,肺重、体重比值上升,呼吸频率加快,肺病变比值增加及Ⅱ型细胞数增多.同时观察了照射后1个月内的死亡分布,做了肺组织超微结构观察.确定了早期放射性肺损伤的综合判定标准,并对发生机理进行了初步探讨.
