目的探讨近5年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征变化,以寻求降低剖宫产率着手点,保障母婴健康。方法对6315例孕妇剖宫产率及指征进行分析(按妇幼年计算)。结果 5年6315例产妇剖宫产率为46.18%,近5年剖宫产率居高不下。结论应提高医务人员医疗水平,建立良好的医患关系,重视产前检查,正确把握剖宫产指征,降低首次剖宫产率,从而降低剖宫产率,减少剖宫产并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the change of cesarean section rate and cesarean section indications in the past five years in order to seek to reduce the rate of cesarean section and to ensure the health of maternal and infant. Methods Cesarean section rate and indications of 6315 pregnant women were analyzed (calculated according to the age of women and children). Results 5 6315 cases of cesarean section rate of 46.18%, nearly 5 years cesarean section rate remained high. Conclusion Medical staff should improve their medical care, establish a good relationship between doctors and patients, attach importance to prenatal examination, correctly grasp indications of cesarean section and reduce the rate of cesarean section for the first time, so as to reduce the rate of cesarean section and reduce the incidence of cesarean section complications rate.
