(一) 前言东风_4型内燃机车自首台到成批生产后,发现一些振动的问题,不仅影响到柴油机机体,车体的结构强度,车上设备寿命,仪表显示的准确,而且影响到乘务员的工作。这样就使我厂除注意机车的主悬挂系统外,开始注意到机车部件隔振的设计和隔振器的研制,以达到降低东风_4型机车的振动和噪音,为东风_4型机车乘务员创造一个较好的环境条件,延长机车上零部件使用寿命,以提高机车的可靠性。
