我段于1979、1980年连续发生两次切轴事故。第一次发生在1979年8月7日6G—88机车3位轮FZ2223轴,齿轮侧距轴端540毫米减载槽底部(图1中之1部位),总走行586463公里;第二次发生在1980年11月19日6G—59机车5位轮FZ2063轴,非齿轮侧距轴端640毫米过渡圆弧处(图1中之4部位),总走行834624公里。两次切轴事故,虽未造成机毁人亡事故,但对我段行车安全带来了极大的威胁。第一次切轴事故发生后,我们根据切轴部位应用小角度不解体超声波探伤法,仅对断裂
I segment in 1979, 1980 consecutive occurrence of cut axis accident twice.
