现代人,由于工作紧张,缺乏运动、生活饮食不规律,加上过量食用高脂肪食物,容易造成高血脂。高血脂则是导致动脉粥样硬化、心绞痛、心肌梗死、脑梗塞等动脉栓塞性疾病的独立危险因素。但由于高血脂引起动脉粥样硬化是一个渐进的过程,初期无不适症状,我们往往对这个无声的杀手掉以轻心。特别是中年以后本身机能代谢的退化加上长期不良习惯的影响,都会致使发展成为心脑血管疾病的过程加速,因此要注意尽早防治!
