目的了解北京市门头沟区H3N2亚型流感病病毒HA基因变异规律和进化趋势。方法随机选择2014年-2015年流感病原学监测中分离到的H3N2型毒株10株,采用RT-PCR法扩增病毒HA基因后序列测定,并与WHO推荐疫苗株进行比对、构建系统进化树。结果 2014年-2015年流感监测期间,北京市门头沟区人群中流感病毒以H3N2型占优势,通过分离到的10株病毒HA基因绘制种系发生树,表明这些毒株与WHO推荐的疫苗株A/Texas/50/2012相比,处于同一大分支上,不同的小分支上。结论北京市门头沟区2014年-2015年H3N2流感病毒HA基因特性与疫苗株虽然接近,但当年疫苗株大部分滞后流行株。
Objective To understand the variation and evolutionary trend of HA gene of H3N2 influenza virus in Mentougou District of Beijing. Methods Ten strains of H3N2 isolates were randomly selected from influenza aetiology monitoring during 2014-2015. The HA gene sequence of the virus was amplified by RT-PCR and compared with the WHO vaccine strains recommended to construct the phylogenetic tree tree. Results During the period of influenza surveillance from 2014 to 2015, the H3N2 type predominant influenza virus in Mentougou district of Beijing. The phylogenetic tree was drawn from the isolated HA viruses of 10 viruses, indicating that these strains are compatible with the WHO vaccine strains A / Texas / 50/2012 compared to the same branch, on a different small branch. Conclusion Although the HA gene characteristics of H3N2 influenza virus from 2014 to 2015 in Mentougou District of Beijing are similar to those of the vaccine strains, most of the vaccine strains lagged the epidemic strains in the year.
