目的对176例Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者行保乳手术,分析影响美容效果的因素。方法回顾性研究11年来我院保乳手术患者的临床资料,对肿瘤位置、切口、切除范围、术中即刻自体整形与术后乳房美容效果进行分析。结果170例患者得到随访,时间3~60个月,采用Harrrs四等分类法为美容评定标准,符合优良标准155例,占91.2%;一般10例,占5.9%;差5例,占2.9%。结论确保切缘阴性的前提下,不必过大范围切除腺体,术中即刻做自体整形,美容效果满意。 Objective To perform breast-conserving surgery on 176 patients with stage I and II breast cancer and analyze the factors affecting the cosmetic effect. Methods The clinical data of breast conserving surgery patients in our hospital during the past 11 years were retrospectively analyzed. The tumor location, incision, resection scope, intraoperative immediate self-plasticity and breast cosmetic effect were analyzed. Results 170 patients were followed up for 3 to 60 months. According to Harrrs’ fourth-class classification method, 155 cases met the excellent standard, accounting for 91.2%; 10 cases were common, accounting for 5.9%; 5 cases were poor, accounting for 2.9% . Conclusion To ensure that the margin of negative under the premise, do not have too much excision of the gland, intraoperative immediate self-plastic surgery, cosmetic results satisfactory.
