新课程标准指出:“义务教育应该是面向全体学生的,适应不同学生的发展需求,让每个学生都可以受到良好的数学教育,让不同的人在数学中得到不同的发展。”对于学生应该重视其整体素质的提升,促进学生整体发展。教学过程中必须考虑学生在学习中所表现出来的差异性。结合义务教育阶段的教学目标,对学生的培养要体现出基础性、普及性以及发展性。结合学生的实际情况进行教学,这是新课标标准中提出的,在教学过程中教师该怎样让全体学生得到全面发展呢?为此笔者做出了许多尝试。一、认真备课、静心设计教学内容备课是上好一堂课的基础,而实施课堂教学的依据
