目的体外药敏试验评价三组药物(奥硝唑、环丙沙星、米诺环素混合物;奥硝唑、环丙沙星混合物;米诺环素)对粪肠球菌的抑菌效果。方法采用琼脂扩散法药敏试验测定奥硝唑、环丙沙星、米诺环素混合物(A组),奥硝唑、环丙沙星混合物(B组),米诺环素(C组),生理盐水(D组)对粪肠球菌形成的抑菌环直径(mm),并进行统计学分析。结果 A、B、C三组有明显抑菌环,D组无抑菌环形成;A、B、C与D组之间的抑菌环直径差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B、C三组药物的抑菌环直径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三组各时间点的抑菌环直径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三组药物均可达到对粪肠球菌的抑菌效果,奥硝唑、环丙沙星的联合应用是抑制粪肠球菌的最理想药物。
Objective To evaluate the antibacterial activity of three groups of drugs (ornidazole, ciprofloxacin, minocycline mixture; ornidazole, ciprofloxacin mixture; minocycline) against Enterococcus faecalis in vitro susceptibility testing. Methods Agar diffusion-based susceptibility test was used to determine the effect of ornidazole, ciprofloxacin, minocycline mixture (group A), ornidazole, ciprofloxacin mixture (group B), minocycline (group C) (Group D) to Enterococcus faecalis inhibition zone diameter (mm), and statistical analysis. Results A, B, and C groups had obvious antibacterial rings, and there was no antibacterial ring in group D. There was significant difference in antibacterial ring diameters between groups A, B, C and D (P <0.05). A, There was no significant difference in the diameter of bacteriostasis ring between group B and C (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the diameter of bacteriostasis ring between the three groups at each time point (P> 0.05). Conclusion All three groups of drugs can reach the bacteriostasis effect on Enterococcus faecalis. The combination of ornidazole and ciprofloxacin is the best medicine to inhibit Enterococcus faecalis.
