一氧化氮(NO)是一高活性自由基,参与体内多种生理和病理过程,由一氧化氮合酶(NOS)催化精氨酸生成。目前已确知的NOS亚型有3种,其中内皮型NOS在胚胎植入过程中发挥着不容忽视的作用,其在子宫内膜的表达水平随月经周期变化,受激素、细胞因子、炎症等影响。NO在局部通过对血管通透性、血管发生和子宫蜕膜化的调控,植入期胚胎发育和凋亡的调节而参与植入过程。
Nitric oxide (NO) is a highly active free radical that participates in a variety of physiological and pathological processes in the body. Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) catalyzes arginine production. Currently there are three types of NOS subtypes that have been identified. Endothelial NOS plays an important role in embryo implantation. The expression level of endometrial in endometrium varies with the menstrual cycle, and is affected by hormones, cytokines, inflammation, etc. influences. NO participates in the implantation process locally through regulation of vascular permeability, regulation of angiogenesis and uterine decidualization, embryonic development at implantation and regulation of apoptosis.
