研究低温对颅脑损伤免疫功能的影响,探讨其亚低温颅脑损伤治疗的临床应用与监护的意义。采用流式细胞仪检测低温处理后实验型颅脑损伤大鼠外周血T细胞亚群的动态变化。结果发现,与常温对照组相比,颅脑损伤低温27℃组CD3细胞伤后第1天,CD4细胞伤后第1天和第3天,CD4/CD8伤后第1天、第3天和第7天均降低;颅脑损伤低温33℃组CD4细胞伤后第1天、CD4/CD8伤后第1天和第3天降低;颅脑损伤常温37℃组CD4细胞伤后第1天、CD4/CD8伤后第1天,第3天和第7天降低。与颅脑损伤常温37℃组相比,颅脑损伤低温27℃组CD3细胞伤后第1天降低;颅脑损伤低温33℃组CD4/CD8伤后第3天升高。认为重型颅脑损伤对细胞免疫功能有明显抑制作用;27℃低温可以抑制细胞免疫功能;33℃亚低温对细胞免疫功能不产生抑制作用
