自1988年5月,国务院批准成立北京新技术产业开发试验区以来,产业园区已经成为海淀区发展的重点带动引擎之一。在中关村科技园区,海淀园的企业数量和经济总量继续保持领先地位,总收入占中关村科技园区的四成以上,成为中国知识经济的人才中心、交易中心和体制、技术创新高地。然而,时代对不同时期的产业园区有不同的要求,新时代的产业园区更注重配套、环境和更加科学的管理机制,海淀产业园正在不断探索保持创新活力,保持生命力,保证其可持续发展。海淀园区发展现状海淀园作为中关村国家自主创新示范区核心区,通过制度创新和技术创新走出了一条特色鲜明的依靠科技创造财富的发展道路,已经成为我国最具特色和活力的创新中心、战略性新兴产业发展策源地和首都经济发展的强大引擎。
