目的探讨2.0MPa氦氧饱和暴露对实验菌群生长增殖状态的影响。方法采用2.0MPa高压暴露,设常压为对照,以铜绿假单胞杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为试验菌株,应用活菌计数方法,按不同暴露时间观察生长规律,进行比较。结果在观察的时相点内,铜绿假单胞杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌在2.0MPa氦氧饱和暴露条件下12h出现增殖高峰,活菌菌落数量与对照组差异无统计学意义;24h菌落数量达最高峰,24~72h活菌菌落数量较常压对照组显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论高气压环境暴露影响铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌生长增殖。
Objective To investigate the effect of 2.0 MPa helium-oxygen saturation on the growth and proliferation of experimental bacteria. Methods High-pressure exposure at 2.0MPa was used. Atmospheric pressure was used as a control. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus were used as test strains. The viable count method was used to observe the growth pattern at different exposure times. Results At the time point of observation, the peak of proliferation occurred in Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus at 12h under the exposure condition of 2.0MPa heliox. There was no significant difference between the number of viable colonies and the control group. The number of 24h colonies reached The peak number of viable colonies in 24-72h was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion The exposure to high atmospheric pressure affects the growth and proliferation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.
