在甘蔗产区,用甘蔗渣袋栽平菇,成本低,效益好,生物效率可达120％以上。现将我在广东省陆丰县两年的栽培经验介绍如下: (一)制备麦粒种 二、三级菌种都用麦粒培养基,其配方为小麦100kg,糖2kg,石膏粉1kg。先将小麦洗净,入冷水浸泡5小时左右,然后置铝锅中加热煮沸约15分钟,至麦粒吸足水而不爆浆为止,沥去明水后与糖、石膏粉混均匀,装瓶、灭菌、接种按常规进行。菌种是平杂1号、平杂49、平杂52,购于广西。
