持续发展是实现人与自然和谐相处的唯一途径,水利行业也不例外。本文对水利持续发展的必要性进行了分析,然后阐述了中国水土流失现状和水土流失对水利的危害,最后对水土保持在水利持续发展中的积极作用进行了探讨。
Sustainable development is the only way to achieve harmony between man and nature, and the water industry is no exception. This paper analyzes the necessity of sustainable development of water conservancy and then expounds the current situation of soil and water loss in China and the harm of water and soil loss to water conservancy. Finally, the active role of soil and water conservation in the sustainable development of water conservancy is discussed.
