化学热处理的防渗保护,以前多采用镀铜,虽然防渗效果好,但成本高,效率低,特别是污染问题比较严重。近年来国内外研究出许多防渗涂料,以代替镀铜,但效果不稳定,而且真正能代替镀铜防气体渗碳,特别是防气体碳氮共渗的,为数甚少。我们对几种国产涂料的防气体碳氮共渗效果进行了试验。发现湖南浏阳县热处理材料厂生产的“CN-1”防渗涂料用于气体碳氮共渗的防渗效果甚好。不但可以代替镀铜,而且可防止氢脆。我厂用于批量生产,节省了大量电能、材料及工时,减轻了废水处理负担。
Anti-seepage protection of chemical heat treatment, previously used copper plating, although seepage control effect is good, but the high cost, low efficiency, especially the pollution problem is more serious. In recent years, many domestic and foreign research and development of impermeable coatings to replace copper, but the effect is not stable, and can actually replace copper gas carburizing, especially anti-gas carbonitriding, a small number. We have tested the effect of several domestic anti-gas carbonitriding paint. Found that Liuyang County, Hunan Heat Treatment Material Factory production “CN-1 ” impermeable coating for gas carbonitriding seepage effect is very good. Not only can replace copper, but also to prevent hydrogen embrittlement. I plant for mass production, saving a lot of electricity, materials and working hours, reducing the burden on wastewater treatment.
