车辆在设计、制造和修理过程中,必须重视制动机部件的防腐,否则,在使用中许多部件会严重腐蚀。C_(50)型敞车以钢代木后,车体底部制动配件腐蚀有所减轻,而载重60t以上平车和C_(13)型敞车还没有改造,其制动机部件腐蚀仍十分严重。笔者根据分解检查工作中的经验,就制动机部件腐蚀、除锈防腐方面提些看法。 During the design, manufacture and repair of vehicles, the protection of brake components must be taken into account. Otherwise, many components may corrode during use. After the C_ (50) gondola was made of steel and wood, the corrosion of the brake fittings at the bottom of the car body was alleviated. However, the overcast flatcar and C_ (13) gondola truck with a load of 60t had not been transformed yet and the corrosion of the brake parts was still very serious. Based on the author’s experience in decomposing and inspecting work, the author put forward some suggestions on the corrosion of the brake components and rust and corrosion protection.
