车床尾座在钻大孔时,由于切削扭矩大于锥柄的摩擦扭矩,钻头锥柄在套筒锥孔中转动,引起套筒锥孔和钻头锥部研伤,使机床定位精度降低,锥柄传递的扭矩大大降低,钻大孔就愈来愈困难。修磨套筒锥孔,是目前修理工作中较伤脑筋的问题。为此,我们仔细推敲和研究了钻床、镗床主轴锥孔的受力情况,对车床尾座进行了改进(附图),把原来的尾座套筒改为带扁尾的锥孔形式,其丝杆端部也作了小改进。在两台C620-1上进行了改装试验,效果很好。
