[目的]研究从大理百合中提取得到的多糖组分。[方法]用SephadexG-200凝胶柱层析、乙酸纤维薄膜电泳和紫外光谱分析精制百合多糖的组分,用薄层层析法分析百合多糖的单糖组成,并对百合多糖进行理化性质测定。[结果]SephadexG-200凝胶柱层析和乙酸纤维薄膜电泳分析显示百合多糖中含有两种多糖组分,薄层层析显示百合多糖的单糖组成主要以葡萄糖为主,可能含有少量的阿拉伯糖。[结论]本研究百合多糖中存在两种多糖组分,并且主要由葡萄糖组成,是否含有其他单糖还有待进一步研究。
[Objective] The research aimed to study polysaccharide components extracted from Dali Lily. [Method] The components of lily polysaccharide were purified by Sephadex G-200 gel column chromatography, cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis and UV spectrum. The monosaccharide composition of lily polysaccharide was analyzed by TLC. The physical and chemical properties of lily polysaccharide . [Result] Sephadex G-200 gel column chromatography and cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis analysis showed that Lily polysaccharide contained two kinds of polysaccharide components. TLC showed that the monosaccharide composition of lily polysaccharide was mainly glucose and probably contained a small amount of Arab sugar. [Conclusion] There are two kinds of polysaccharide components in Lilium polysaccharides in this study, which are mainly composed of glucose. Whether or not other monosaccharides are contained remains to be further studied.
