近年来随着各类中等职业教育不断扩招和升学就业制度的逐步放开,中职院校入校生源质量正日益下滑,中职院校班主任从事教育管理活动的难度逐步加大。如何在“跟班管理”中更新教育管理理念,创新管理方法,提升管理艺术,采取更为有效的管理措施成为广大中职院校教育管理者热议的话题。笔者根据对多年从事的教育管理活动的经验总结,浅析中职院校班主任“跟班管理”的策略。
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of various secondary vocational education and the gradual liberalization of employment system, the quality of students entering colleges and universities is gradually declining, and the difficulty of engaging teachers in secondary vocational education to manage education gradually increases. How to update education management concept, innovate management methods, improve management art and adopt more effective management measures in the “management of follow-up work” have become hot topics for the general education administrators of secondary vocational schools. Based on the experience of many years of educational management activities, the author summarizes the tactics of the class supervisor of “vocational training” in vocational colleges.
