本文较系统地研究了 Mg-Y-Zn-Zr 系铸造合金的成份,性能和组织结构之间的关系。发现成份中的 Y、Zn 含量比例影响合金的性能与组织。Y/Zn 比在1.5左右时,其组织结构中的晶间相是由大量白色块状化合物 Mg_(30)YZn 和少量深色(αMg+Mg_(48)Y_5Zn_5)共晶所组成。此时合金具有最佳的高温蠕变性能。
This article systematically studied the relationship between the composition, properties and microstructure of Mg-Y-Zn-Zr cast alloy. It was found that the proportion of Y and Zn in the composition affected the properties and microstructure of the alloy. When the Y / Zn ratio is about 1.5, the intergranular phase in the microstructure consists of a large number of white massive compounds Mg_ (30) YZn and a few dark (αMg + Mg_ (48) Y_5Zn_5) eutectics. At this point the alloy has the best high temperature creep properties.
