目的探讨乳腺癌手术后皮下积液与皮瓣坏死的原因及防治措施。方法手术治疗乳腺癌患者86例,对皮下积液与皮瓣坏死的产生原因进行回顾性分析,提出预防和处理措施。结果 86例中术后发生皮下积液8例,皮瓣坏死10例,其中皮下积液与皮瓣坏死合并发生5例。结论手术前合理的设计切口、术中仔细操作、术后精心护理,认真处理每一个细节,才能切实降低乳腺癌术后皮下积液与皮瓣坏死的发生率,使患者及时进行后续治疗。 Objective To investigate the causes and prevention measures of subcutaneous effusion and flap necrosis after breast cancer surgery. Methods 86 cases of breast cancer were treated surgically. The causes of subcutaneous effusion and necrosis of the flap were retrospectively analyzed, and the prevention and treatment measures were put forward. Results In 86 cases, subcutaneous effusion occurred in 8 cases and flap necrosis in 10 cases. Subcutaneous fluid effusion and flap necrosis occurred in 5 cases. Conclusion Reasonable design incision before surgery, careful operation, meticulous care after surgery, careful treatment of every detail, in order to effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative subcutaneous fluid and flap necrosis of breast cancer, the patient timely follow-up treatment.
