我国是纺织品加工、出口大国,纺织行业曾为我国经济社会发展做出过重要贡献。然而作为资源消耗型行业的纺织印染业,在为国家和社会做出贡献的同时也带来了严重的环境污染、生态恶化及资源短缺等问题。据不完全统计,目前纺织行业每年因生产排放废水量超过24亿吨,位居我国工业废水排放量前列。研究无水染色技术,从源头上彻底解决千百年来染色加工所带来的生态环境问题,维持纺织印染行业乃至整个国民经济的健康持续发展显得十分紧迫。1988年,德国西北纺织研究中心的科学家E.Schollmeyer
