本文研究了羟(口派)氯丙嗪、氯丙嗪对于猴子行为、血压及体溫的影响.利用8只猴子(cynoccphlus)进行实驗。为評定猴子行为的变化,以运动活动、注意力、攻击性、游戏、食物性条件反射和防御性条件反射为指标.每个药物試驗了三个剂量,結果經統計学方法处理,証明羟(口派)氯丙嗪和氯丙嗪对猴子皆呈現安定作用,涇(口派)氯丙嗪效果較明显,超过氯丙嗪10倍.羟(口派)氯丙嗪在引起显著的安定作用剂量(0.16毫克/公斤)时,对动物血压、脉膊和体溫皆无明显影响.氯丙嗪在引起显著安定作用的剂量(1毫克/公斤)时,可使动物的血压下降,脉膊增加,体溫降低.
