新中国建立伊始,在新闻出版署的推动下,报社实行“企业化”经营方针。学术界长期以来都有一个基本的认识,即1949年末开始推行的“企业化”是我国报纸产业化的萌芽期。本文通过大量史料证明:1949年末开始的报社企业化充满了政治意涵,在实现建设发行网络、完成私营报社的社会主义改造后,报纸产业因素被消除,取而代之的是非营利性质的党报一统大局。因此建国初期的报社“企业化”制度是报纸产业属性的终结而非萌芽。
At the beginning of the founding of new China, the newspaper office implemented the “enterprise” management policy driven by the Press and Publication Administration. The academic community has long had a basic understanding that the “enterpriseization” started in late 1949 was the embryonic period for the industrialization of newspapers in our country. This article, through a large amount of historical data, proves that the commercialization of the newspapers started in late 1949 is full of political implications. After the realization of the establishment of a distribution network and the completion of the socialist transformation of private newspapers, the newspaper industry has been eliminated and replaced by the uniformed nature of the party newspaper. Therefore, in the early days of the founding of the PRC, the “enterprise” system was the end of the attributes of the newspaper industry rather than a sprout.
