通过增加喷射压力和提高进排气门的运动速度来降低燃油消耗和排烟浓度,就要对由电子液压控制的燃油喷射系统和进排气门系统进行改进。把两个系统结合起来,建立一个数字模拟实验室系统,通过模拟和实验两种方法,搞清了精确的燃油消耗与功率的关系。从而明确了采用适当的方法和限制条件,减少驱动功率,可以实现燃油消耗率的降低,同时还可以降低额定工作范围内的油耗率及全工作范围内排烟浓度。
By increasing the injection pressure and increasing the speed of the intake and exhaust valves to reduce fuel consumption and exhaust smoke concentration, the electronic fuel injection system and the intake and exhaust system are improved. By combining the two systems, a digital simulation laboratory system is established. Through simulation and experiment, two methods are used to find out the exact relationship between fuel consumption and power. It is clear that the appropriate methods and constraints, reducing drive power, fuel consumption can be reduced, while also reducing the rated fuel efficiency within the scope of work and the entire working range of smoke concentration.
