用HPLC测定蓝萼香茶菜叶中蓝萼甲素的含量,色谱柱Shim-pack CLC-ODS,流动相甲醇-水(70:20),测得蓝萼甲素含量为1.03%。
HPLC was used to determine the content of amaranthinin in the leaves of Amaranthus cinnamomum. The chromatographic column Shim-pack CLC-ODS and the mobile phase of methanol-water (70:20) were used. The content of amaranthrin was 1.03%.
