目的:观察采用高强度玻璃纤维桩树脂核和二氧化锆桩核对纤维桩修复后桩核冠脱落或折断的患牙进行二次修复的效果。方法:选取2013年10月—2014年10月期间来怀柔中医院口腔修复科就诊的病人,患者65例(共68颗患牙),随机分为两组,每组34颗患牙。一组重新采用高强度纤维桩+树脂核联合二氧化锆瓷冠修复;另一组采用二氧化锆桩核联合二氧化锆瓷冠修复,随访0.5—2年,观察修复效果。结果:两组二次修复的成功率为82.3%、91.2%。结论:高强度玻璃纤维桩树脂核和二氧化锆桩核对纤维桩修复失败的患牙进行二次修复均取得良好效果。统计学无差异。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of secondary repair of dental implants with high-strength glass fiber post and zirconium dioxide post-core restored or damaged by fiber post. Methods: From October 2013 to October 2014, 65 patients (68 teeth in total) were enrolled in the Department of Oral Rehabilitation, Huairou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were randomly divided into two groups of 34 teeth. A group of re-use of high-strength fiber post + resin core combined with zirconia porcelain crown repair; the other group with zirconium oxide post and zirconium porcelain crown repair, followed up 0.5 to 2 years to observe the repair effect. Results: The success rate of secondary repair in two groups was 82.3% and 91.2% respectively. Conclusion: Both high strength glass fiber post and zirconium oxide post core have good effect on the secondary repair of the failed tooth with fiber post repair. No statistical difference.
