临床资料 本组病人共 1 2例 ,男 5例 ,女 7例 ,年龄4 2～ 76岁。所有病人均符合WHO1 999年诊断标谁。既往均无癫痫病史及家族史。其中 8例为糖尿病患者在血糖控制不理想的状态下发病 ,4例以癫痫为糖尿病的首发症状。 1 0例表现为部分运动性发病 ,1例为精神运动性发作 ,1例为癫
Clinical data of this group of patients a total of 12 cases, 5 males and 7 females, aged 4 2 to 76 years. All patients are in line with the WHO1 999 diagnostic standard. No past history of epilepsy and family history. Among them, 8 cases were diabetic patients with poor blood glucose control in the state of onset, 4 cases of epilepsy as the first symptom of diabetes. 10 cases showed partial motor disease, one case of psychomotor attack, one case of epilepsy
