通过以30份方便面面块与调味料卫生微生物指标的检测发现:方便面面块的卫生状况较好,调味料微生物污染问题严重。本文着重对方便面国家标准微生物指标及其检验方法进行了探讨.建议修订方便面面块国家标准,增订方便面调味料的国家标准。
By testing 30 indicators of instant noodle noodles and seasoning hygienic microorganisms, the instant noodles lumps have better hygienic condition and the seasoning microbiological contamination is a serious problem. This article focuses on the national standard instant noodles microbial indicators and testing methods were discussed. Proposed amendments to the national standards of instant noodles noodles, noodles seasoning new standards of national standards.
