近几年来,建筑安装施工企业经受了建筑市场疲软的严峻考验。许多施工单位任务不足,窝工严重,连年亏损,不仅没有奖金,甚至有的连发工资都困难。我们这个仅有2700人的小安装公司,在上海石化总厂施工已近十八年,面对全国近十个省市的安装公司参加石化总厂的施工,各单位之间抢任务竞争激烈,然而我公司却能做到任务年年饱满,利润年年增长。1986年实现利润394万元,1987年实现利润449万元,1988年实现利润516万元,1989年实现利润680万元,1990年实现利润835万元,人均年创利税3430元。
In recent years, construction and installation companies have weathered the severe test of the construction market. Many construction units have insufficient tasks, serious work hardships and losses year after year. Not only are there no bonuses, and even some of them are difficult to pay. Our small installation company with only 2700 people has been working in the Shanghai Petrochemical Plant for nearly 18 years. In the face of the construction companies of nearly 10 provinces and cities across the country participating in the construction of the petrochemical plant, the competition among the various units has become fierce. However, our company is able to fulfill its tasks year after year, and profits have increased year after year. In 1986, it realized a profit of 3.94 million yuan. In 1987, it realized a profit of 4.49 million yuan. In 1988, it achieved a profit of 5.16 million yuan. In 1989, it achieved a profit of 6.8 million yuan. In 1990, it achieved a profit of 8.35 million yuan, and the per capita annual profit-making tax was 3430 yuan.
